Russian invaders have kidnapped and are torturing a preacher of the Svyato-Troitsk temple in Odesa, Vasyl Vyrozub, who set out in a civilian boat to save the border guards of Zmiinyi island at the beginning of the war.

The information is from the general of the police, Vyacheslav Abroskin.

He pointed out that, on the 26th of February, to rescue the border guards and other defenders of the Zmiinyi island, fathers Vasyl Vyrozub and Oleksandr Chokov and their assistants set out on the civilian speedboat “Sapfir”.

“To this day, the preacher of the Svyato-Troitsk temple of Odesa father Vasyl Vyrozub continues to be held captive by the Russian invaders. It is known that the Russians took him first to Crimea, then moved him to a prison in Belgorod for prosecution. The witnesses report that FSB staff are resorting to torture of the member of the clergy”, - wrote Abroskin.

We remind that the sergeant of the space forces of Russia Denys Malyuk, who has been living in the Cherkassy region for three years, has stated that he wishes to defend Ukraine in the war with Russia.
