Russian Troops Are Allowed to Shoot at Civilians at the Checkpoints in Kherson Region: Intercepted Russian Communications
The Russian leadership has allowed the invasion troops in the temporarily seized areas of Kherson Region to shoot at civilians.
The Security Service of Ukraine has intercepted another exchange between two enemy soldiers from so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”, who are on patrol at the nearby Russian checkpoints in Kherson Region. The contents of the intercepted conversation reveals more evidence of the committed war crimes.
“They say if I see someone suspicious, I have to immediately shoot the f**k out of him without much words… That’s the order by our Major: if you see a car or a truck, even if it carries the apples, you stop it, look inside and ask: what’s in the back? If a guy behind the wheel seems suspicious, you just shoot the f**ker down without further parley”, says the combatant with codename “Greyhair”.
His partner seems to be pretty fine with such attitude: “… Ok, so if they move from your direction, you will be the first to shoot them down. Though, if someone escapes and comes to our site, then it’s our turn, right?”.
The Security Service of Ukraine noted that while the invaders argued who would be the first to murder civilian drivers on the highway, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had successfully wiped off at least 31 thousand enemy troops on the battlefield.
