Strike on Kharkiv Hospital: Aftermath and details on injured patients and staff

Once again, Russia has committed a crime by attacking a medical facility with lethal weapons. Late on March 29, Russian forces struck a military hospital in Kharkiv with a "Shahed" drone. The attack injured patients and staff and damaged several hospital buildings.

Eduard Khoroshun, Head of the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Northern Region, reported on the aftermath. "This is not the first time the hospital has been shelled. It’s an act of terrorism," he stated. According to him, surgeries have already resumed in the operating rooms, which were damaged by the blast wave.

"The hospital cannot stop providing care and treatment to patients for even a minute. We are not announcing a fundraiser to restore the facility and hope to manage with our own resources," Khoroshun added.
