Syrskyi visited the Pokrovsk front: he named the main task for the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi visited the Pokrovsk direction and personally visited the soldiers of the 38th Separate Marine Brigade.

He shared this on Facebook.

According to him, heavy fighting is currently ongoing in the Pokrovske direction. The Russians have a numerical advantage.

"We have to make unconventional decisions to enhance the resilience of our defense and more effectively destroy the occupiers," Syrskyi says.

The general says that the battles are extremely fierce. The Russians are throwing all available forces forward, trying to break through our troops' defenses. In turn, Ukrainian soldiers are showing extraordinary resilience and inflicting significant losses on the enemy.

"In such conditions, our main task is to strengthen the defense, in particular, to provide the units with a sufficient amount of ammunition and its constant supply. I listened to the information about the existing problems and gave the appropriate orders," the Commander-in-Chief summarized.
