The Armed Forces of Ukraine explained why Prigozhin is lying about the “shell hunger” in Bakhmut
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are convinced that the statements by the "Wagner” mercenaries about a shell hunger in the Bakhmut area are fake. The occupiers continue to inflict active attacks on Ukrainians.

In the last 24 hours, 28 military operations and 524 enemy shelling incidents were recorded in the Bakhmut area.
As a result, 203 enemy soldiers were killed, 216 wounded and 5 more captured. This indicates that the enemy has sufficient ammunition.
On May 10, Serhiy Cherevaty, the Spokesman of the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said this during a telethon.
"Therefore, their talks about some kind of shell famine are fake. There were 28 clashes and 10 air raids, 203 enemy soldiers were killed, 216 wounded and 5 more captured. Additionally, 11 BMPs, two armored personnel carriers, a light artillery tractor, five field ammunition depots, and one “Zala” UAV were destroyed," Cherevaty reported.
According to him, the loud statements by the leader of the “Wagner” PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, about the withdrawal from Bakhmut rather indicate a military disaster in this direction, as the Russians are losing hundreds of their soldiers every day.
"A military disaster is behind these statements. If American sources estimate losses on this front at 100,000 with wounded and killed, and 20,000 killed - this is still a very conservative estimate. If they are losing at least 100 soldiers per day, and recently even more, and have no source of replenishment as they did before from Russian prisons, then it is clear that their inglorious history there may come to an end," explained the Spokesman for the Eastern grouping of Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Cherevaty is convinced that Prigozhin dreamed of some kind of military and political subjectivity, that he "would be a landlord and cut some lands in the occupied territories, and in general he would influence many things." Now he is forced to report why it was not possible to achieve this and seize what was promised.
