A Russian missile attack on a civilian infrastructure facility has resulted in casualties, with people potentially trapped under the rubble.

Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in Poltava district of Poltava region.
This was reported by Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Filip Pronin.
"According to preliminary information, the enemy hit civilian infrastructure in Poltava district. There are casualties, and people may be trapped under the rubble of the building. The information is being clarified," he stated.
At 2:04 p.m., the Air Force reported a missile heading towards Poltava region. Shortly after, an explosion was heard in Poltava.
