Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a press conference: What did the President talk about

Today, February 25, the "Ukraine. Year 2024" forum took place with the participation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Following the forum, the Head of State held a press conference.

TSN.ua gathered Zelenskyy's main statements.

• Putin has plans until 2030. He sees himself until 2030. We want to finish with him earlier.

• The first summit of the country leaders under the Peace Formula will take place in the spring, "in the coming weeks and months." The summit will develop a plan, which will be further elaborated and submitted to the Russian Federation.

• Ukraine will not lose in this war. We have no other alternative.

• Zelenskyy is positively inclined towards recent promises from the West regarding long-range ATACMS missiles.

• We need more air defense equipment. Ukraine's air defense cannot be strengthened without the United States. There are some types of weapons that depend only on America.

• If the problems with Poland are not resolved, we will protect our business.

• It is important to strengthen Ukraine for victory.

• 31 thousand Ukrainian soldiers gave their lives in this war. "Not 300 thousand, not 150 thousand, whatever lies Putin and his circle of liars tell. Nevertheless, each one is a great loss for us. And 180 thousand Russians died. In total, losses, including wounded, among the Russians amount to up to 500 thousand."

• France plans to provide Ukraine with several dozen artillery systems.

• The third year of war in Ukraine is critical. It's a year of elections, distractions, all at once, external challenges, internal issues, and so on.

• Four brigades that were preparing for a counteroffensive did not receive the promised Western equipment. They simply did not participate in the counteroffensive.

• The military leadership has a "clear plan" for a new counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

• It will be difficult for us in March-April. Russia will prepare for a counteroffensive in early summer.
