Putin gathers thugs: Military expert warns of new threat

Despite all the efforts by U.S. President Donald Trump to stop the war, Russian president Vladimir Putin is only intensifying his terror campaign.
Currently, the first stage of the Russian offensive is already being implemented at the front, and the second phase may begin in July.
This was stated by military expert Ihor Romanenko in a comment to TSN.ua.
According to him, Putin is gathering thugs for the war in Ukraine from around the world.
"Before the second phase, the enemy will conduct a draft of conscripts. An appropriate replacement will be made and combat units will be formed from already trained fighters. The enemy is also recruiting contract soldiers to send to the front. Every month, the enemy sends 40–50 thousand people to the war and is searching for mercenaries around the world who are willing to fight for large sums of money. All of this points to a buildup of resources for potential offensive operations," — Romanenko notes.
Romanenko adds that the second phase of the expanded Russian offensive directly depends on the outcome — either the success or failure — of the first, spring phase.
