Attack on Kyiv

Russian forces struck Kyiv again overnight on October 23. A kindergarten, a school, a business centre and several apartment buildings were damaged in the capital during the night.

This was reported by TSN correspondent Maryana Bukhan.

Most of the debris from downed Russian drones fell in central Kyiv — in the Podilskyi district. In total, eight people were injured. Around 100 rescue workers and 30 units of State Emergency Service equipment worked at the sites where the drones fell. They had to extinguish an apartment fire, the roof of one building, and cars. Residents were evacuated from one building.

Also, debris from Russian drones struck several residential buildings throughout the neighborhood. In most cases, windows were blown out. A fire broke out in one building, and rescuers evacuated people from the premises. Another piece of a drone fell on the roof of a high-rise. Now, the consequences are being cleared everywhere. But locals still cannot recover, though they speak calmly about the nighttime attack.
