The Kremlin keeps boldly asserting that aggressor Russia is “completely open” to peace talks and allegedly aims for the negotiations to “succeed.”

The Russian dictator’s spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, made this brazen statement.

At the same time, he cynically claimed that the actions of the Russian armed forces are a “pressure” on Zelenskyy into a “peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian issue.” According to him, the work of Russia’s army “is intended to convince Zelenskyy that it is better to negotiate and do so now, rather than later.”

“This is not even about the war. It is precisely about forcing Zelenskyy into a peaceful resolution of the issue. Kyiv must make a responsible decision on a peaceful settlement right now, or it will be too late,” the spokesperson cynically threatened.
