Kremlin says it received «parameters» of Geneva peace plan: Details

The United States delivered the «key parameters» of the peace plan, agreed during Kyiv–Washington talks in Geneva, to Russia.

This was stated by the spokesman for the Russian «führer, ” Dmitry Peskov.
