Peace agreement: Umerov reports on third round of talks with U.S. officials
Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov reported on the third round of talks with U.S. representatives on key elements to end the war and on further contacts between leaders.

The third round of Ukraine–U.S. talks was held in Paris.
This was reported by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov.
«We held another round of consultations with U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, Ambassador Charles Kushner, Jared Kushner, and White House staffer Josh Gruenbaum. This was the third meeting with the American side over two days in Paris, ” Umerov said.
Ukraine’s delegation to the talks included National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Andriy Hnatov, Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Serhiy Kyslytsia, Servant of the People parliamentary faction leader David Arakhamia, and Presidential Office adviser Oleksandr Bevz.
The meeting focused on key elements of a basic framework to end the war and possible formats for further contacts at the leader level, involving Ukraine, European partners, and the U.S.
Following the discussions, the National Security and Defense Council is preparing a detailed report for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
