Putin stuns with cynical promise of peace with Ukraine

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin brazenly claims that there will be no need to deploy Western troops in Ukraine after the war.

He made these remarks during the Eastern Economic Forum held in Vladivostok.

Putin even concocted an explanation for why, in his words, peacekeepers are not needed. Cynically lying, the “führer” stated that Moscow will “respect” security guarantees and, moreover, “adhere to peaceful agreements.”

“Russia will fully comply with peaceful agreements regarding Ukraine once they are reached,” Putin declared.

The Russian dictator also emphasized that security guarantees “must apply to both Russia and Ukraine.”
