Zelenskyy assessed the substance of the Geneva talks
The president said the talks focused on two main areas — political and military — with progress reported on the military track. Zelenskyy said the military now understands how to monitor a ceasefire and a potential end to hostilities, if there is political will.
«They have largely agreed on nearly all issues. Monitoring will include participation by the U.S. side. I consider this a constructive signal, ” Zelenskyy said.
