Zelenskyy meets with Fico — what they discussed
Ukrainian President said they discussed further visits and meetings, with teams already preparing a schedule of reciprocal visits to Kyiv and Bratislava. A joint meeting of the governments of both countries is also expected to take place in the near future.

Today, May 4, in Yerevan, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico.
The head of state reported this on Telegram.
"I met with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in Yerevan. Ukraine is open to a constructive dialogue with Slovakia and is interested in developing strong relations. We discussed cooperation in various fields and holding a government meeting in the format of an intergovernmental commission in the near future. We also talked about exchanges of visits to Kyiv and Bratislava — we agreed that our teams will work on the schedule,” he said.
According to Zelenskyy, during the conversation, they also touched upon the issue of Ukraine's membership in the European Union: "It is important that Slovakia supports Ukraine's accession to the EU and is ready to help on this path. I am thankful for this."
