Zelenskyy names main reason why Ukraine must join NATO
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has outlined the primary reason why Ukraine cannot be left outside of NATO.

Ukraine must join NATO because its combat experience and defense capabilities will significantly strengthen the allies' collective security system, the president argued, adding that leaving the country outside the Euro-Atlantic bloc after its military has proven its effectiveness in modern warfare would be illogical.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made the remarks during his speech at the NATO summit in Ankara.

Zelenskyy stressed that Ukrainian forces have already altered the strategic situation on the battlefield, particularly regarding their capability to strike targets deep inside the aggressor state's territory.
"Russia long believed it possessed a territorial advantage and that its deep rear was unreachable. We reached them," Zelenskyy said.
