Russian drones detonated on NATO territory: Zelenskyy Office’s response

Russian combat drones pose a threat not only to Ukraine but also to neighboring countries and our partners. Therefore, the aggressor country must be stopped through joint efforts.

Andriy Yermak made this statement.

He emphasized that terrorist attacks by Russian drones and missiles on Ukrainian port infrastructure, the purpose of which is to create a food crisis in the world, also pose a threat to residents of other countries.

Yermak proposed four points for this:

- It is necessary to curtail the capabilities of the Russian military-industrial complex. Russians should not obtain Western components for the production of missiles and drones through third countries. The corresponding action plan was already proposed to our allies by the McFaul-Yermak group. Sanctions should become more stringent. Russia will not be able to manufacture weapons for killing without these components.

- The occupiers should not launch attack drones and missiles over Ukraine - they should be deprived of these opportunities.

- Allies should provide more air defense and missile defense systems to Ukraine. The enemy's strategy is to overwhelm our defense with the quantity of their own weapons and drones. Therefore, we need more systems.
Additional weapons and long-range missiles for Ukraine mean the acceleration of the de-occupation of our territories. Russia must be defeated on the battlefield. We must make sure that the aggressor country loses any potential to wage war for years. This is possible if you destroy their army and deprive the military-industrial complex of the ability to produce weapons
