Ukraine to receive 90 billion euros from EU
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that the implementation of the agreement between Ukraine and the European Union to unlock a 90-billion-euro support package over two years is effectively underway. Additionally, the EU is preparing a new package of sanctions against Russia.
This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The President stated that the unlocking of aid is the right signal under current circumstances.
"Russia must end its war. And the motives for this can only appear when both support for Ukraine and pressure on Russia are sufficient," Zelenskyy stated.
Ukraine has fulfilled its obligations to the EU even in matters such as the "Druzhba" oil pipeline, the operations of which have been restored. Ukraine now expects the European Union, for its part, to continue providing what is necessary to protect lives and advance Ukraine’s European integration.
"It is vital that the European support package becomes operational promptly," Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed.
He added that he intends to discuss the opening of accession clusters for Ukraine with European leaders, as the conditions for this have already been met.
Work on strengthening sanctions against the Russian Federation and increasing pressure on the aggressor state will continue. Russia must lose the ability to manipulate energy supplies to Europe.
