On the night of October 11, Russian forces heavily attacked Odesa with strike drones, causing damage to energy and civilian infrastructure.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service (SES).

“As a result of the strikes, fires erupted in energy infrastructure facilities and a three-story building of a hotel and restaurant complex. Firefighters rescued two people and quickly extinguished the blazes. One person was injured,” the statement read.

Three residential buildings also sustained damage.

“SES rescuers and repair crews arrived on site as soon as the security situation allowed. Energy workers are doing everything possible to fully restore electricity supply, while critical infrastructure has already been reconnected through backup generators,” the Regional Military Administration said.
