Russian occupiers have begun using «Shahed» attack drones as carriers for FPV drones. So far, cases have been documented in which one «Shahed» transports two kamikaze FPV drones.
This information was provided by electronic warfare specialist and adviser to the Ukrainian Defense Minister, Serhii «Flash» Beskrestnov, citing initial video confirmations.
The expert said that similar factory-mounted FPV carriers had previously been observed on cheaper Russian drones, such as the «Molniya» and «Gerbera».
«Today I have the first video confirmation of FPV being carried on a „Shahed“. I already know that a „Shahed“ carries two FPV drones. I urge all air defense crews to pay attention to the possible presence of FPV drones on „Shaheds“, „Flash“ said.
