Russian forces launched yet another drone strike on Zaporizhzhia on June 30. The attack on an industrial facility sparked a fire and, tragically, claimed one life, Head of the Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov said.

Prior to the attacks, he had warned of potential guided aerial bomb strikes targeting the city and the wider Zaporizhzhia region.

Authorities urged residents to move to shelters immediately and remain in safe places.

Fedorov provided an update on another Russian strike on Zaporizhzhia.

"Preliminary reports indicate that two people required medical attention," Fedorov said.

Later he confirmed that one person was killed in the attack, while four others suffered shrapnel wounds. All of the injured are receiving the necessary medical assistance.
