Russia launches massive drone assault on Kharkiv, causing power outages

Kharkiv is under assault from Russian drones, with at least 17 explosions reported within an hour.

Late on September 23, Russian forces carried out another massive strike on the city.

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this.

As of 11:00 p.m., Terekhov reported 17 hits, most of them in the Kholodnogirskyi district.

«Due to the enemy strikes on Kharkiv, some areas of the city are experiencing power supply issues, ” he added.

Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Synehubov confirmed that a 24-year-old man sustained blast injuries and was hospitalized.
