Ukraine's Security Service (SSU) has exposed a Russian fabrication claiming that Ukrainian UAVs attacked a bus carrying children from Belarus in Russia's Bryansk region. The SSU intercepted an internal Russian document that flatly contradicts Moscow's official narrative.

The document was published by the SSU press service.

According to the agency, the document is an information brief from the monitoring center of the "Safe Region" State Public Institution of the Bryansk Region. The summary explicitly states that no Ukrainian UAVs were present in the area's airspace at the time of the bus incident.

Specifically, the intercepted report details that:

- The Regional Segment of the Operational Headquarters of the Unified National Center recorded no UAVs in the vicinity of the incident.

- The duty officer for the radar battalion in the Russian settlement of Suponevo also confirmed the absence of drones in the airspace.

- Furthermore, the duty officer for the 32nd Division of the occupying forces reported no drone flights during the timeframe in question.

The SSU asserts that the strike on the bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk region was a "special operation conducted by Russian intelligence services." The agency noted that the Russian government routinely exploits such staged incidents to launch psychological operations (PSYOPs) and exert diplomatic pressure on Ukraine internationally.
