Russia may launch another large-scale attack on Ukraine within the next 48 hours.
Next 48 hours on high alert: Russia is preparing for a new strike
Russian forces may be preparing a new massive strike on Ukraine over the next 48 hours, meaning Ukrainians must take air raid alerts seriously and respond to them.
Ivano-Frankivsk Mayor Ruslan Martsinkiv, who is consistently among the first to warn of danger, again reported a probable attack on his Telegram channel.
“Let’s stay cautious over the next two days. A strike is possible,” he wrote.
Martsinkiv also issued instructions to prepare locations for receiving people who might be affected.
Several Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channels also warned about an increased threat level.
“We are observing preparations for a missile strike against Ukraine. The enemy is redeploying strategic aviation assets from the Far East and stockpiling attack drones at launch sites,” one monitoring channel said.
The channels warn of an increased missile and drone threat overnight for the Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, and Kyiv regions. There is also a threat of drone strikes targeting the Odesa region overnight.
