On Friday morning, April 17, the Russian army targeted Dnipro with a drone strike, hitting city infrastructure. A 29-year-old man was injured in the attack.

Oleksandr Ganzha, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, confirmed the strike.

"The enemy attacked Dnipro. A fire broke out, which firefighters have already localized. A transport enterprise has been damaged," the official emphasized.

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, added that the strike caused a fire and damaged a transport facility, commercial premises, and a high-rise residential building.

Regional authorities further reported that city infrastructure was hit, specifically noting a mangled trolleybus.
