Russians advance in southern part of Pokrovsk: Frontline situation

Russian occupation forces continue their advance in Pokrovsk, using armoured vehicles, including captured equipment, in the city’s southern districts. The enemy is actively saturating the area with electronic intelligence assets and positioning UAV operators, who have established effective fire control over the logistical routes of the Pokrovsk–Myrnohrad agglomeration.

The information was reported by analysts from the DeepState monitoring group.

According to the analysts, Russian drone operators have fully occupied the area of nine-storey apartment buildings, allowing them to control logistics within a 10-kilometre radius. Ukrainian defense forces continue to hold the northern outskirts of Pokrovsk, using drones against enemy infantry and conducting clearance operations, though combat missions in the city are now significantly hampered.

DeepState reports the situation in neighbouring Myrnohrad remains critical amid intense pressure from Russian forces. The town is under constant enemy fire control, while Ukrainian drone operations are constrained by Russian raids into the rear through Rodynske.

«The enemy is conducting raids into the rear via Rodynske, attacking the positions of our drone operators. The town itself [Myrnohrad] remains under constant enemy fire control, as do its logistical routes. This severely restricts movement, however, there has been no order from senior military command to withdraw from Myrnohrad, ” DeepState said.

Analysts say Rodynske currently remains the key logistical hub for supplying Ukrainian units. Russian forces have concentrated efforts on capturing the settlement in order to fully sever supply routes.

Ukrainian forces are also holding back Russian troops near the village of Hryshyne, where occupying forces are attempting to entrench themselves in surrounding tree lines but have been unable to enter the village due to the actions of Ukrainian drone operators.
