The Andrii Matiukha Foundation supported the innovative prosthetics service "YE-PROTEZ"
A digital hub "YE-PROTEZ" has been launched in Ukraine — a resource that transforms the approach to the rehabilitation of people after amputations. It is a space where everything essential is collected: from information about modern prosthetics to the addresses of foundations ready to provide assistance.
The idea was born back in 2024, when the team launched a test landing page and a Telegram bot. At that time, it became clear that the demand for such solutions was enormous. Today, "YE-PROTEZ" is preparing for the next step — the creation of an application with integration into state services and convenient roadmaps for users.
The platform already functions as an online knowledge base. It offers medical consultations, rehabilitation methods, and legal advice. The main goal of the organizers is to create a clear and safe path from amputation to prosthesis installation. In the near future, the plan is to reach about 5,000 people and help at least half of them go through the entire process.
How the Andrii Matiukha Foundation helps develop "YE-PROTEZ"
The Andrii Matiukha Foundation became a benefactor that supported the project. Thanks to this support, the team is expanding functionality, and the chatbot will soon operate on the basis of artificial intelligence. This will make communication with the service more natural and convenient. The distribution of the “E-Prosthesis” chatbot and the project’s informational support are provided by Business Incubator Group. Ukraine (BIG.U). The organization is responsible for expanding the partner network, communicating with communities, and engaging platform users.
"We strive for people after amputations to gain confidence in the future. 'YE-PROTEZ' is a tool that will help thousands of Ukrainians once again feel the freedom of movement," emphasized Andrii Matiukha.
The hub is not the only initiative supported by the Foundation. The organization facilitated the transfer of surgical equipment to "Okhmatdyt" and provided assistance with the rehabilitation of military personnel.
