Ukraine develops new unique drone interceptor: Details revealed

Ukrainian Defense Forces have received the new domestically made interceptors, the Ministry of Defense reported.

JEDI Shahed Hunter specifications

The copter-type JEDI Shahed Hunter features a lightweight, sturdy frame, four powerful electric motors, and a high-capacity battery.

Targeting and interception capabilities

Automatically receiving data from radar stations, the JEDI Shahed Hunter enters target zones quickly to neutralize threats.

Flight coordination, communication, and targeting are managed by a ground control station. The drone can automatically lock on and navigate to targets. Equipped with daylight and thermal cameras, it can operate day and night.

Its coverage radius against hostile drones reaches up to 40 km.
