Zelenskyy announces administrative changes: A new configuration of power is being prepared

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that a significant administrative transformation is in the works, aimed at reducing expenditures on maintaining the state apparatus, implementing deregulation, and redirecting resources toward the protection of the state.

He made the statement following discussions on strategic steps with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

«We must implement all planned decisions to support and protect entrepreneurship in our country, as well as scale up programs for domestic weapons production, ” Zelenskyy noted.

Key tasks include auditing all international agreements, particularly those related to defense packages, investments, and support for Ukraine’s energy and social resilience.

«We are also preparing a substantial administrative transformation that will enable us to cut costs on maintaining the state apparatus, ensure significant deregulation, and direct the maximum available resources toward protecting Ukraine and its people, ” the President emphasized.

According to him, the future configuration of executive power is already being defined to meet the demands of wartime and the efficient use of national resources.
