Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin has the resources to continue the war throughout 2025, and his officials, diplomats, and intelligence services are tasked with ensuring that Russia can wage intense warfare through 2026.

This was reported by Andriy Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, on social media.

Kovalenko explained the specific steps that the aggressor country, Russia, is taking to continue active military operations.

"Putin has the resources to continue the war throughout 2025, and his officials, diplomats, and intelligence services have the task of doing everything to ensure that Russia can continue intense warfare through 2026. Putin is increasing spending on propaganda, particularly in Europe and the Middle East, and is also trying to lobby decisions to avoid additional sanctions," the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation said.
