Russia is transferring military personnel and equipment to the Vovchansk area in Kharkiv region from the Kursk direction.

This was reported by the press officer of the “Forpost” brigade, callsign "Chornylo," during a national telethon broadcast.

According to him, the presence of Russian forces may indicate preparations for larger-scale assault operations in the Vovchansk direction.

Chornylo also confirmed that fighting was ongoing near the aggregate plant in Vovchansk.

"The aggregate plant is not a single building — it’s a large network of various structures, and not all of it is under our control," the soldier explained.

Additionally, the aggressor country’s army is also deploying forces to the Sumy region.

The Russian occupiers have intensified their use of various types of drones, including those using fiber optic control. The press officer noted that Ukrainian forces are striking Russian rear positions and disrupting their logistics.
