Russian troops are regrouping and preparing for more large-scale offensive operations that could intensify once vegetation provides cover for infiltration groups.
According to Ukrinform, this was stated on television by Joint Forces spokesman Viktor Trehubov.
“The enemy is currently regrouping and preparing for more large-scale offensives when the so-called "greenery" appears, meaning when vegetation grows and infiltration operations can be masked simply by trees,” Trehubov said.
He added that some parts of the front are currently experiencing relative calm compared with previous months, while the Lyman sector remains the most intense in the area of responsibility.
