"Say "I’ll give" first": Zelenskyy criticized yet another leak of Victory Plan addendum

According to the Pesident, when partners disclose the contents of an addendum first, it indicates they "aren't very willing to actually provide something."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has once again criticized partners over a leak regarding Ukraine's request for Tomahawk missiles, included in the confidential addendum to the Victory Plan.

The President expressed his frustration during a meeting with heads of local communities and districts in Zakarpattia region on October 31.

Zelenskyy emphasizes that partners should first provide what Ukraine requests and only then reveal the contents of the addendums.

"Any plan is strong when it’s supported. And if you want to publicly share details and the confidential addendums included in the plan - about, say, missiles we requested from our partners - you should first say, "I’ll give", and then tell everyone what’s in the addendums," Zelenskyy stated.

"When a partner starts disclosing the contents of the addendums, it shows they’re not very willing to give something and are, in this way, delaying a decision," he added.
