The Russians struck Vovchansk community with cluster munitions: Synehubov reported on the victims

The Russian occupiers struck one of the villages in Vovchansk community with cluster munitions.

This was reported by Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.

"The occupiers barbarically struck a village in Vovchansk community with cluster munitions. In broad daylight, when dozens of people were seeking shelter from the shelling, and volunteers and civilian emergency services were working," Oleh Synehubov said.

According to him, five local residents were injured as a result of the attack: two medics, two drivers and the head of the Vovchansk City Military Administration.
