Tuka States That Ukraine Should Carry Out a Strike Against Moscow As Soon As It Has Enough Capabilities
Both Russian and Belarus have long deserved a proper response to their aggressive actions.
Former Deputy Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons Heorhii Tuka claims that after receiving the long-range missiles Ukraine should carry out a strike against the military facilities in Russia and Belarus.
This statement was made during his interview for OBOZREVATEL.
"Receipt of long-range missiles will naturally open more capabilities for our guys. It’s pretty obvious. I would really like our American partners to stop binding our hands and legs with a prohibition to attack the territory of Russia. In my opinion, preventive strikes against the military facilities both in Russia and Belarus are the matter of our national security, rather than a kind of a political jumpscare. Both Russian and Belarus have long deserved a proper response to their aggressive actions", Tuka said.
He also stressed that the statements claiming that any strike carried out against the Russian Federation using the NATO weapon would mean a direct conflict with the NATO are of purely political nature.
"In my opinion, any such statements are merely political speculations. After the weapon supplied by any country crosses the Ukraine’s state border, this is Ukrainian weapon. Who sold it to us or how we got it doesn’t matter. This is a mere political manipulation”, the former Deputy Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons said.
When asked “If we had a capacity to carry out a strike against a decision-making center in Moscow, would you do it?”, Tuka responded:
“I don’t see any reasons why we should stop and I don’t see any reasons that may stop us from doing it”.
