President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukrainian intelligence has proof of Russia preparing new military operations on European territory.
This information was provided by Chief of the Defence Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov.
«We are observing a further intellectual decline in Russian leadership and have evidence that they are preparing new military operations on European territory, ” the Head of State noted.
At the same time, Zelenskyy highlighted the significant damage to the Russian economy under the pressure of sanctions, emphasizing that this confirms the correctness of the strategy — forcing Russia to end the war through increased international pressure.
«We will inform our partners about the facts obtained by our intelligence, ” the President added.
