The President emphasized that in the case of "peace" in exchange for territory, he would betray the families of all Ukrainian heroes.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that "peace" in exchange for territory would be a betrayal of the memory of those who died defending Ukraine, its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

The Head of State made this statement during an interview with the American channel "CBS."

"No. This is our territory," Zelenskyy responded.

The host asked, "Do you need all the territory, including Crimea?"

Zelenskyy replied that a week ago, he had awarded another 24 families of fallen servicemen: "And I awarded Heroes of Ukraine. And not only Heroes of Ukraine are dying. Different ones. They are all heroes to me. What should I tell them? That they all died so that we could now say, "Okay, take it." All I can give them is victory."

The President emphasized that in the case of "peace" in exchange for territory, he would betray the families of all Ukrainian heroes.

"I would simply betray them," Zelenskyy replied.
