After Ukraine’s Operation «Spider’s Web, ” which targeted Russian strategic airbases, the behavior of the Russian delegation at the Istanbul talks has somewhat changed.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
«As for threats from the Russian side — they’re futile. I was told the delegation acted a bit more calmly than before, but their arrogance is still there, ” he noted.
According to the President, while the Russians’ tone has become less aggressive, genuine constructiveness is still lacking.
«Arrogant people behaved a bit more modestly. We’ll see, perhaps a few more measures are needed — and they’ll try behaving like human beings, ” Zelenskyy added.
