The war with Russia has not stopped — it rages daily, with Russian forces taking Ukrainian lives every day.
Zelenskyy said this in an address to participants of the «Coalition of the willing» meeting.
«Russia kills our people on the front every day and strikes our cities and energy infrastructure daily. Therefore, while diplomatic efforts to end this war continue, it is important for partners not to forget that Ukraine still needs sufficient defensive support, security assistance, and help to maintain resilience — every single day, ” the President reminded.
The President believes that until Russia takes real steps to reduce its military activity and genuinely demonstrates a commitment to ending this aggressive war, the world cannot stop its support for Ukraine.
At the same time, Zelenskyy said there were positive outcomes from Geneva following the meetings and negotiations held there.
He stressed that Ukraine itself must be directly involved in all security decisions concerning the country.
