President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukrainian military intelligence has obtained internal Russian documents, showing the significant impact of Ukrainian long-range strikes on military targets inside Russia.

He announced this during his evening address on Wednesday, June 24, following a briefing by the chief of the Defense Intelligence.

«Intelligence has obtained internal Russian documents containing a real assessment of the situation. And this is the occupier’s own assessment: our pressure campaign is being felt painfully by the Russian leadership,» he stressed.

Targeted arsenals, factories, and logistics

The president says Ukrainian forces continue to launch strikes against key Russian military assets.

«We are reaching arsenals: a significant amount of the Baltic Fleet’s ammunition was destroyed near St. Petersburg,» he noted.

Zelenskyy also stated that strikes had been launched against enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex. These include a facility producing critical missile components in Voronezh and a plant in Cheboksary, which the president reported was hit by «Flamingo» missiles.

Furthermore, he highlighted strikes against gas infrastructure facilities in the Orenburg region—located more than 1,200 kilometers from the front line—as well as oil facilities and Russian military communications centers.

Russia redeploys air defense to protect Moscow and Putin

Zelenskyy reported that due to the threat of Ukrainian strikes, the Russian leadership is forced to redeploy air defense systems to Moscow, Valdai, and the area surrounding the Kerch Bridge.

«In the Moscow region alone, they have amassed hundreds of launchers for the S-400, S-500, and Pantsir systems,» the president said.

According to him, nearly 90 air defense launchers were transferred from various Russian regions to Valdai, where one of Putin’s residences is located. A specialized division is also being formed there to protect the Russian president.

«Such are their priorities. They protect their regime; they protect the source of this war,» Zelenskyy concluded.Order to launch preemptive strikes

The president also announced that he had instructed Ukrainian intelligence and the military to conduct preemptive strikes against facilities that Russia uses to scale up its military potential and continue the war against Ukraine.

«I have ordered our intelligence and army to act preemptively against those facilities that the Russians use to scale up the war,» the head of state said.
