According to Russian state propaganda outlets, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that peace talks between Russia and Ukraine are currently off the table. He accused Kyiv of conducting terrorist acts and deliberately stalling the peace process.

Peskov added that he sees no prospect for negotiations today, basing his claims entirely on fabricated allegations of Ukrainian terrorism.

Peskov also reiterated the false claim that Kyiv is doing everything it can to stall a peaceful settlement.

Evidently, the highly effective strikes by Ukraine's Defense Forces are taking a heavy toll on the occupiers in Crimea. Peskov revealed that Russian authorities are scrambling to engineer a package of measures to counter mounting fuel supply disruptions on the peninsula.
