Amid battlefield failures and a severe lack of resources, the Kremlin has taken another step — now even individuals without Russian citizenship can serve in the Russian army. The corresponding law has already been signed in Moscow.
This was reported by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak.
«After Putin failed to conceal the involvement of North Korean military personnel in the war, the Russians have legalized this process,» Yermak noted.
According to the head of the Presidential Office, North Korean soldiers are already participating in combat operations against Ukraine. And the new Russian law merely creates an official basis for the mass recruitment of cheap «manpower» from dictatorial regimes.
Yermak’s office is convinced: this is a direct signal to NATO countries, as it cannot be ruled out that these same «volunteers» in Russian uniforms could appear tomorrow near the borders of the Baltic states, or at exercises in Belarus. Or possibly — in Kaliningrad.
Russia is turning into a magnet for terrorist regimes, and this is a global threat to the world, according to the Presidential Office.
«The recipe for ending threats is one — weapons and force, as well as economic strikes against Russia and its allies. Threats must be prevented,» Yermak emphasized.
