Ukrainian drones in the Strait of Hormuz: Zelenskyy reveals conditions for deployment

Ukraine does not rule out the possibility of its maritime drones appearing in the Strait of Hormuz, given relevant agreements with Middle Eastern countries.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during the national telethon.

According to him, this primarily concerns security cooperation and the transfer of expertise.

«If Middle Eastern countries have our drone deal, and our maritime drones are part of it, then anything can appear. Regarding protection — we can appear. Regarding convoys — we can help,» Zelenskyy said.

The president also said that Ukraine is ready to share expertise in the field of unmanned technologies and join in ensuring the security of shipping.
