A man raped a young boy in Kyivshchyna: what punishment he faces
The suspect took advantage of the child’s trust and the absence of bystanders and committed a sexual offense.

Police in Kiev region reported about suspicion of a 34-year-old man for committing violent acts of a sexual nature against a minor child. The suspect faces up to 10 years in prison.
About it reports the communication department of the police of the Kiev region in Telegram.
According to law enforcement officers, while patrolling one of the cities of the region at night, police officers found a child together with an adult man who was in a state of alcoholic intoxication. During the inspection it turned out that the man is an acquaintance of the boy.
The investigation found that in late November this year, the suspect, taking advantage of the trust of the child and the absence of strangers, committed sexual violence against a minor.
The defendant was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Investigators under the procedural guidance of the Brovary District Prosecutor’s Office informed the man of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigative actions continue.
