Russia deploys a new tactic of "Shahed" strikes on Kharkiv: Terekhov explains the main danger
Russian forces are launching entire groups of attack drones on Kharkiv, significantly complicating the work of air defenses and causing greater destruction.
Attacks by "Shaheds"
The Russian army has changed its tactics for striking Kharkiv. Now, Russian UAVs are flying in entire groups, which increases the burden on air defenses and leads to more severe destruction.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said this.
As Terekhov says, “Shaheds” are arriving in whole groups. This complicates the work of our air defenses.
“There is a very large influx of "Shaheds." Because they primarily strike one or two locations. That’s why the destruction is so severe. There are hits every time. There can also be repeated strikes. We are recording this as well, unfortunately,” the mayor of Kharkiv says.
All services are promptly responding to the sites, he added, to quickly address the aftermath of Russian strikes.
