On the night of Tuesday, August 19, Russian occupation forces carried out a massive attack on Poltava region. Strikes and debris impacts were recorded in the Kremenchuk and Lubny districts.

This was reported by Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration Volodymyr Kohut.

Administrative buildings of local energy sector enterprises were damaged. 1,471 households and 119 legal entities were left without power as a result of the attack in the Lubny district.

“State Emergency Service units and energy workers are working to deal with the aftermath of the strike. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” the statement said.
