The death toll has risen in the Kharkiv region following the Russian drone attack on a passenger train.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said over 200 people were on the train, including 18 in the carriage hit by a Russian drone.
“From this strike with three drones, four people are confirmed dead so far. Rescuers are searching for four more, and two are wounded,” the president said.
He emphasized that in any country, a drone strike on a civilian train would be regarded solely as terrorism.
“This would leave no doubt in Europe, in America, in the Arab world, in China, anywhere. There is no and cannot be any military purpose in killing civilians in a train carriage,” the president noted.
