«Russia’s resource base is not unlimited»: Palisa on the enemy’s military potential

Despite the large resource base of the Russian Federation, it is not unlimited. According to Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa, there are already certain signs that Russia is «not holding up.»
He stated this in an interview with «Suspilne.»
«No matter how powerful the resource base of the Russian Federation is, it is not unlimited. There are already signs that in certain areas they are not holding up in terms of their resources, ” Palisa noted.
According to him, this view is based on information he personally monitored from the beginning of the year until his trip to Washington. This concerns not only military equipment or ammunition, but also human potential.
