Two strikes hit nearly the same location: Head of Regional Administration on the attack on Sumy

In Sumy, there were two strikes that hit nearly the same place. It was the second strike that caused the greatest number of casualties.

This was reported by Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Artiukh.

According to him, the second explosion occurred approximately 200 meters from the first strike. The missile detonated in the air and scattered fragments to kill as many people as possible.

“A cluster munition was used. We can see the walls shredded by the submunitions. The highest number of people were killed in a trolleybus. Almost everyone who was there died. People were returning from church. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people,” the head of the regional administration said.
