Reports claiming that Polish border guards allegedly force Ukrainians to undress «down to their underwear, ” check their phones, and look for „prohibited tattoos“ are fake.
These messages are being circulated by hostile Telegram channels, accompanied by photos of information boards, the Center for Countering Disinformation notes.

The Lviv Border Detachment reported that these materials are part of a Russian information attack aimed at undermining Ukrainian-Polish relations. The images of the boards were altered using graphic editors and contain numerous Russianisms, as well as spelling and punctuation mistakes.
The goal of this disinformation is to sow distrust between Ukrainians and Poles and to destroy the partnership and solidarity that have strengthened since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
